I enjoyed the location, so convenient for exploring Brisbane. The one-bedroom apartment offered decent space for my family of four, including two kids. The nearby meal options were affordable as well, much cheaper than South Bank. We walked there daily, enjoying the 20-minute stroll. the flat lacked some promised amenities like fresh apples and magazines, which made me doubt if we got the right room type. the hot water was unreliable and took days to fix. The air conditioning did not work at all, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Despite notifying staff, they didn’t respond adequately, leaving us with no option but to endure the heat. A bit more attention to detail could really enhance the entire experience.

A truly spacious retreat

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and equipped with a kitchen, making it easy to enjoy cozy meals. The staff were exceptionally warm, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

Some furniture in the suite was worn, and there were minor issues with water pressure in the bathroom that were inconvenient during our stay.

The comfy bed 👌 was the highlight for me! Although the breakfast felt stingy and the carpets were a bit worn out, I enjoyed the handy kitchen facilities. Just a heads-up, check-in was after 2pm.

Balcony lacked furniture for comfort!!! Bath was disappointingly shallow!!! Dishwasher malfunctioned during stay!!! Inconsistencies with housekeeping service need addressing!!!

The comfy bed was truly a highlight, providing a restful night's sleep after busy days exploring Brisbane.

The kitchenette was smaller than expected from the pictures, and the cookware, particularly the knives, really need to be replaced due to dullness.

It was just a fitting option for exploring town in Brisbane with good value for price. The air-conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable despite the warm weather. Avoid busy check-in times if you don't want to wait long.

Clean room, convenient amenities, our apartment included a well-equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. we appreciated the fast check-in process and the exceptional location just a 15-minute walk from key attractions.

Loved the spacious one-bedroom apartment with a comfy mattress and a fantastic balcony! The kitchenette had a microwave, coffee machine, and a dining area perfect for meals. Enjoyed the fitness center and heated pool too. Clean and tidy, definitely made our stay enjoyable!
